Flavours
Our fudges are made to an old recipe using the finest natural ingredients like
pure cane sugar, cream and glucose syrup.
To these we add the flavours like fruits,
nuts, cocoa powder and natural or
nature identical flavorings

We boil the mix to 240 degrees
Fahrenheit in our huge copper cauldron
and pour it onto the 600kg granite table.
When it has cooled a little, we work it by folding
it over and over on itself until it’s ready to set, then mold it into a log shape which we slice for sale
