We boil the sugar
syrup to 150 degrees Celsius
and pour it onto our greased granite table.
Then we add the flavorings and colours
and work it by hand until it is at the correct
consistency to put through our
antique drop roller.
Where possible, we use natural or
nature identical flavorings
and we use them generously
as we believe our customers
will recognise the superior quality.
